A mother-son book group sounds like so much fun! I hope one day I'll be able to create one with my son (who just turned 5 months old). It would be wonderful if the boys were inspired to submit an entry! I agree that short stories and teens are a good match, especially with those busy schedules. I hope you enjoy the stories!

Hello: I just wanted to let you know that our mother-son book group (6 boys and moms) has decided to subscribe to oneteenstory for reading material. We have been together since the summer after Grade 1. We have evolved and adapted in many ways through the years and now, as all our boys start high school and have little spare time between schoolwork, sports, and extracurricular activities - we discovered your magazine with these wonderful stories that are just the right length to read and provide much fodder for discussion. We are starting this month with the Freshwater Mermaid. Who knows - perhaps some of the boys will decided to submit an entry for your competition.
